On Interstate 264 west bound, go through the downtown tunnel. Take your first exit to Effingham street. Make a left and go under the interstate overpass. Coming from Newport News

Take interstate 664 through the Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel. Proceed to the 264 interchange and take 264 east. Take the Effingham Street exit headed south. Take a left at your first light onto Lincoln Street. Take your 4th right onto 5th Street. We will be the second building on your right hand side.
